Step 1: Connect iPhone to your computer.
Step 2: Download and run Tansee iPhone Transfer Contact (Software provided by Regnow), you can click HERE:

and your contacts on iPhone memory will display as shown in your iPhone screen automatically as fig 1.
Step 3: Click on single name, all his or her information will display below:
Step 4: Copy contacts and select options
Step 4-1: Copy all contacts
--In fig 1 situation, click “Copy” button to copy all contacts from your iPhone to your pc.
--Choose file type: TXT file, ANTC file or CSV file.
--Choose file path: change the backup path if you do not use default path.
--Advanced option: add password to the ANTC file if you want. (NOTE: mark down the password and remember it by yourself)
--Click “OK” button to finish the copy. See fig 3.
(NOTE: you can only copy the first 5 contacts with trail version.)
Step 4-2: Copy a single contact
--In fig 2 situation, Click “Copy Contact From who” button to copy contact of a single person.
--Choose file type: choose TXT file, ANTC file or CSV file.
--Choose file path: change the backup path if you do not want to use default path.
--Advanced option: disabled in single contact transfer. --Click “OK” button to finish the copy. See fig 4.
(NOTE: you can only copy the first 5 contacts with trail version.)
